Preferred Qualifications
You will provide guidance and expertise to clients and internal project team.

You will consult and collaborate with clients to design workflows and facilitate the analysis of current state, future state, and gap analysis.

As part of the engagement management team, you will be responsible for project deliverables and meeting timelines to deliver value to the client as committed.

You will lead client meetings and facilitate discussions around adoption of technology and cultivate client relationships to achieve business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 2 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting work experience
At least 4 years of health care work and revenue cycle experience
At least 4 years people management work experience
Cerner Millennium experience
Project Management experience
Post Graduate qualification in Health Care Informatics, Health Care Administration, or Organisational Change Management

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices.

Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
