Role Summary:

The Marketing Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

S/He will be tasked with analyzing market trends, conducting market research, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance the client's brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with company leadership to develop marketing strategies that align with their goals.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product management, and design, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies and recommendations.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a lighting or consulting environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for clients across various industries.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to clients and internal teams.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
