    Description

    Job Title: Training Manager

    A Training Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of training programs.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Conducting needs assessments to identify training requirements.
    2. Selecting qualified trainers and interviewing them to determine their suitability.
    3. Promoting continuous improvement in trainer quality and effectiveness.
    4. Supervising training sessions, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard.
    5. Addressing urgent issues that may arise during training.
    6. Responding to participant inquiries and resolving any concerns they may have.
    7. Commissioning and managing training materials from external suppliers.
    8. Working with managers and colleagues to develop and design training programs that meet the needs of both.
    9. Maintaining accurate records of training courses, budgets, and participants.
    10. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and reporting on this to managers.
    11. Ensuring training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with statutory requirements.
    12. Staying informed about trends and developments in the field of training and development.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
    • Master's degree (MBA, MA, or MS) is an advantage.
