Spare parts procurement for the Plant machineryMechanical, Electrical, Civil, PLC (material and services) for the Production, Maintenance, HSE and Technical centreAMC requirements for the Plant and machineryProcurement of services and material for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical items on timeReviewing and approving all RFQ, Supplier Selection and negotiating with suppliers & vendors, supplier evaluation,Preparing PO, Follow up with vendors for till payment to vendor and then vendor rating and development.
Working experience in Dynamics 365 and OfficeHandle emergency situations and unplanned maintenance needs by quickly sourcing and procuring necessary MRO items.
Supplier Performance Evaluation, regularly assess supplier performance, provide feedback, and work on improving supplier relationships.Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, focusing on favourable terms, quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
