- Education: Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Relevantcertifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) are a plus.
- UAEExperience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience inthe UAE, with a focus on compensation andbenefits.
- Labor Law Expertise: In-depthknowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, with a demonstratedability to align company policiesaccordingly.
- Emiratisation Experience: Proventrack record in Emirati national hiring and knowledge ofEmiratisation compensation and benefitsstructures.
- International Exposure: Extensiveexperience in international compensation and benefits, with a focuson Eastern European and African countries. Familiarity with globalsalary scales like Tower Watson or Hays is highlydesirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong dataanalysis skills to drive decision-making processes and optimizecompensation packages.
- Excellent Communication:Outstanding communication skills to educate and inform employeesabout their compensation andbenefits.
