- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing area, equipment, and utensils
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits as needed
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and ingredients
- Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain a clean and organized storeroom
- Assist the kitchen team in basic food preparation tasks
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Assist with occasional cleaning tasks in other areas of the hotel as required
- Prior experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting or even freshers are welcome
- Must be in UAE
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment is a plus
