ROLE
- The role of the Sales Manager is to build, lead, and scale a talented team of sales executives while instilling the positive and unique values of company culture. In this role, you'll work crossfunctionally with marketing, sales operations, and customer success to drive the business. This role will be to refine and improve current sales objectives and help design new gotomarket strategies by leveraging metrics and analyzing trends in the business.
AUTHORITY
- Build, lead and instill team of talented sales team
- Set department objectives and principles.
- Run feedbacks and coaching sessions with subordinates
- Set strategies and initiate workstreams around projects
RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead a remarkable team, focused on solving customer challenges to deliver significant value to an extensive number of SMB organizations
- Directly manage and develop the sales team enabling them to effectively learn and grow on their teams
- Attract and develop top talent who bring a unique perspective, through best in class recruiting, onboarding, and training methodologies in tandem with our People Management team
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers and expanding on those relationships by delivering a delightful experience at all times
- Refine the acquisition playbook for lead generation, pipeline management, closing, and forecasting to drive bestinclass conversion against demand
- Work closely and collaborate crossfunctionally (marketing, sales operations, customer success, product)
- Help design and rollout Go To Market strategy by combining your experienced perspective with our dataled decisionmaking approach
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in business or related study field
- 10 years of professional experience in sales and business development
- Solid knowledge of customer values, needs, and goals to design processes solving for customers first
- Provide offers, sales promotions, and campaigns
- Experience creating an inclusive team environment that fosters trust and a sense of empowerment
- Proven track record of overachieving sales targets in a high velocity, high growth business focused on SMB
- Excellent communication skills
Salary:
% commission on sales.

AED6, AED7,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
