POSITION: 2 Sr. Coffee Technicians

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install, maintain, and repair coffee machines including espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.

Provide technical support to customers via in-person visits, phone, etc.

Perform preventive maintenance checks and cleanings on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and provide solutions.

Order necessary parts and supplies for repairs and maintenance.

Train customers on equipment operation and proper maintenance practices.

Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when working on equipment or in customer locations.

Keep up-to-date on industry trends and new technology related to coffee equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in coffee equipment repair or related field preferred

Previous vending machine or office coffee machine maintenance experience is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in coffee equipment repair and maintenance

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.

Must have a valid UAE driving license

Salary will be discussed during interview

Position: Service Controller/ Parts Manager ( Coffee Equipment Distributor)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Requirements:

*High school diploma or equivalent (technical or business education is a plus)

Proven experience in customer service role preferable in the coffee or food industry

*Strong technical knowledge of coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders and brewers

*Effective communication skills both verbal and written

*Proficiency in using computer systems
