- Assist guests regarding menu itemsin an informative and helpful way
- Have fullknowledge of food & beverage lists, promotions, menu itemsand preparation methods
- Follow all safety andsanitation policies when handling food andbeverage
- Handle cash and credit cardtransactions
- Checks the accuracy of theguest's reservations, order and otherrequests.
- Visits the guests in the tablesoccupied, to confirm guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency inOpera
- Ability to focus attention on guestneeds, remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
- At least 2 years experience working on asimilar role.
- Hospitality background ispreferred.
- Fluency in English; additionallanguages are a plus.
