What we need:

The Liquid team is looking for a passionate and proven Strategic Client Servicing Manager to manage global FMCG brands

- _
Mandatory - 4-5 years of experience working in a global advertising agency in a client management/servicing role dealing with clients and creative teams_
- _
Mandatory - 4-5 years of experience managing a team and writing strategic creative briefs_

Practical knowledge of how Microsoft Office works especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

What you'll do:

You will the client's key contact for the creation of ecommerce and shopper marketing creative content and will work closely with the internal creative team to create impactful creative solutions
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Ensure adherence to all predetermined agency processes, creative briefing templates, contact reports and client status reports
Brand/Product Knowledge champion (product features/pricing/ benefits/competitive advantage)
Understanding of competitive landscape, program assessments & marketplace trend news/reports
Drive business growth and revenue via proactive initiatives
