    Our Client-A leading firm into tourism is looking for Key Account Manager-Holidays will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients in the holiday sector. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional holiday experiences for our clients.

    Position: -Key Account Manager-Holiday

    Package: -

    Experience: -5+ Years of experience into the similar industry is preferred

    Education: - Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the holiday sector, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand business with existing holiday clients, introducing new offerings, and promoting additional services to meet client objectives.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans for holidays, aligning with overall business objectives and exceeding revenue targets.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of holiday services and exceed client expectations.
    • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with key clients in the holiday sector.
    • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by holiday clients promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
    • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to proactively adapt account strategies in the holiday segment.
    • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on key account performance, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement in the holiday portfolio.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in the holiday or travel sector.
    • In-depth understanding of holiday industry dynamics, trends, and market conditions.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the holiday segment.
    • Team collaboration skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
    • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
