Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor with UAE experience to join the team of one of our clients, a leading industrial catering company.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations at various industrial sites, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent customer service.

You will supervise a team of F&B staff, coordinate with the site managers to plan menus, monitor food production, and ensure timely delivery.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

If you have prior experience as an F&B Supervisor in an industrial catering environment, UAE experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we would love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Coordinate with site managers to plan menus and food production
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improvement

Requirements:

Prior experience as an F&B Supervisor in an industrial catering company
UAE experience is preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
