    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team.

    This role will support the Sales Manager in driving sales initiatives cultivating client relationships and maximizing revenue opportunities within the hotel.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Actively pursue new business opportunities including corporate accounts group bookings and event planning. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeded to foster repeat business. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends competitors and opportunities for growth. Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and budgets to the management team. Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to boost sales and brand visibility. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events conferences and group bookings.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales preferably within the hotel industry. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Flexibility to work evenings weekends and travel as required.
