Job Description

Reporting to the Head of MEP and you will be responsible to;Visiting under construction sites occasionallyApproaching the consultant/contractors for their ongoing/ tender projectsExploring the new inquiry, evaluating and qualifying further in order to estimateTo follow-up and assist the estimators to meet the tender submission deadlineTo do the initial meeting with the suppliers to clarify the scope/specification and to ensure that suppliers are quoting the specified items with their most competitive pricesUpdate the Head of the department on the estimation status and the inquiries in handTo organize meeting between the Head of the Department and the client to do further qualification and evaluationTo follow up with the existing clients/contractors for their upcoming projectsAttending the relevant training occasionally.
