Responsibilities
:


  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Prepare HRrelated reports as needed
  • Address employee queries
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- assists with employee recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training; determines employee classifications and ensures completion of all appropriate paperwork for new employees.

  • Guiding people practices such as restructures and succession planning
Assist HR Manager with employee reviews and performance appraisals. Coordinates and participates in the completion of terminations and exit interviews.


Qualification/requirement

  • 2 years of experience as a HR Officer or similar junior HR role is a plus
  • Familiarity with HRIS and resume databases
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Good understanding of fullcycle recruiting
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field

Establishes and maintains personnel records and reports; maintains company organisation charts and employee directory with an ultimate objective to a paperless and green office strategy by the end of 2023.

  • Handles followup insurance and worker's compensation claims. Handles returntowork and disability slips.
  • Performs other related duties as required or as assigned.
