    You'll Be Responsible For
    Manages full project lifecycle cost services across various sectors.
    Provides technical guidance to support specialist disciplines in project delivery.
    Conducts feasibility studies and advises on procurement strategies and contract selection.
    Applies value management techniques to enhance cost efficiency and stakeholder value.
    Leads estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans to clients.
    Assists in contractor selection and prepares formal contract documentation.
    Oversees contract administration, including valuations, variations, and contractor agreements.
    Delivers cost control, reporting, and sustainability initiatives, mentoring junior staff and supporting carbon reduction goals.
    You'll Need To Have
    Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
    Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
    Middle East experience is essential.
