    Principal Accountabilities Leadership Manage the Facility Manager's FLS Systems team/service providers, to ensure delivery of best value for the Client from its assets, contractor performance, and reporting, in line with Facility Manager Objectives and best practice. Effectively organize internal and external teams, and resources, for the effective management of the Client's assets, and delivery of relevant Hard/Soft services as required; Lead by example in the use of integrated technology systems for optimizing asset management Work collaboratively with wider Facility Manager and client team members and champion the ethos of best practice value assured; Service Delivery
    • Manage self and team to comply with all Facility Manager, company, and relevant Client, policies and procedures.
    • Set the highest possible standards of leadership in the promotion of HS&E procedures and best practice, ensuring compliance with Company procedures and legal obligations.
    • Oversee the compliance and configurational management of all sites' FLS Systems to ensure continued operation of the airports' operations, and that any impacts are prevented and/or mitigated.
    • Provide system expertise for the FM Operation as to the FLS installed systems, configurations, change control, major fault response and compliance.
    • Manage and monitor the permitting and isolation program across all airports to ensure no or controlled impact to airport operations.
    • Monitor and oversee the operational performance, coordination and delivery of FLS Systems maintenance through contracted service providers to meet the availability and service level expectations of the Client and its customers;
    • Management of key elements of defined Service Providers, particularly their statutory and contractual (KPIs, SLAs etc.) compliance;
    • Developing and reviewing of procedures, processes, plans and business cases relating to services and discipline areas of responsibility.
    • Develop robust reporting frameworks for systems under control, including alignment with Client reporting requirements.
    • Responsible for oversight and approval of submittals, purchase orders, materials contracts and subcontracts, change rules, as-built documents, and to ensure the high quality of all work performed at a job site with respect of Facility Manager Specialist FM Service Provider contracts;
    • Validating design options related to FLS Systems Services maintenance and suggest alternative solutions where appropriate;
    • Assist in coordinating and administering relevant FM related materials, systems and drawings submittals from a technical discipline perspective;
    • Managing the testing and commissioning of newly installed assets/equipment and works from projects, and any associated decommissioning of old assets/equipment;
    • Manage asset shutdowns and outages in relation to relevant Service Delivery;
    • Monitor and oversee asset reliability engineering in relevant asset classes and/or assigned facilities to maximize and continually improve asset performance and Service Delivery;
