We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic to join our night shift team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding assistance to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies in English and Arabic.
Resolve customer complaints, escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members and departments for efficient problem resolution.
Stay uptodate with product knowledge and company policies.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month
