- Assess and report contractorcompliance with contract Occupational Health, Safety, andEnvironmental requirements.
- Conductpreconstruction job explanation and kick-off meetings tocommunicate construction execution safety requirements as per thecontract scope.
- Track and analyze KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities forperformance improvement.
- Develop and conductsafety training programs.
- Provide advice andconsultation to department staff to help maintain a safe workingenvironment in compliance with environmental and safetyregulations, standards, and practices.
- Identifyand evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace,and conduct surveys to assess occupational health, safety, andenvironmental conditions.
- Conduct andcoordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions andsafe work practices.
- Offer advice and counselregarding compliance with corporate safety regulations andprocedures.
- Perform construction site and/orarea safety inspections of department facilities andoperations.
