    • Preferred additional certifications inMicrosoft, Linux, Cisco.

    RequiredExperience:

    • Previous work experience as aTechnical Support Engineer (or similar role) will beadvantageous
    • Some hands-on experience withWindows/Linux/Mac OS environments
    • Goodunderstanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other techproducts
    • Familiarity with remote desktopapplications and service desksoftware
