- Previous work experience as aTechnical Support Engineer (or similar role) will beadvantageous
- Some hands-on experience withWindows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Goodunderstanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other techproducts
- Familiarity with remote desktopapplications and service desksoftware
