Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate onsite joinery and carpentry projects.
Ensure work is carried out according to design specifications and quality standards.
Manage and lead a team of carpenters and joiners effectively.
Oversee material sourcing, inventory management, and tool maintenance.
Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide progress updates.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.

Requirements:

Proven experience in carpentry and joinery work.
Previous experience in a supervisory role in a construction or joinery company.
Handson approach and willingness to work alongside the team.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
