The team provides and supports the systems that glue the business together. That means maintaining all IT from the most basic desktop support to the most complex flight information systems. What you'll deliver

•You'll operate, Support, maintain & monitor the Messaging platform and other related services on x7 basis

•You'll avoid Breaches of Incident

•You'll contribute towards incidents / Tasks for Systems Administration Team.

•You'll contribute to internal and external Projects.

•You'll test, validate, create and maintain detailed documentation of all Messaging platform and services.

What you bring

•You should be educated to a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology, acquired 3 – 5 years of relevant experience

•You'll have knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting Mail flow Anti-Spam and Gateway related issues

•You'll have knowledge of IT Systems Operations & Maintenance

•You'll have Good technical knowledge of messaging technologies & troubleshooting: AD Exchange, Office, O, SSO, PKI, Web Services, resilience & Cloud technologies
