    We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Valuation Analyst Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support strategic decision-making by analyzing financial and operational data to assess the value of assets, projects, and business opportunities. You will play a key role in modeling, forecasting, and preparing valuation materials for internal use.

    In addition to valuation tasks, this role will also involve general accounting responsibilities, such as assisting with financial reporting, journal entries, and

    reconciliations. A solid understanding of general accounting principles is therefore required.

    Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze financial data and market trends to support yacht and asset valuation
  • Assist in preparing reports for management, including investment analyses, project ROI, and cost benchmarking
  • Conduct research on industry peers, competitive benchmarks, and valuation standards
  • Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Finance, and Project departments to gather and interpret data
  • Provide analytical support for internal business cases, project appraisals, and pricing strategies
  • Support general accounting tasks such as ledger entries, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements
  • Ensure all financial data and reporting aligns with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
  • Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

  •  
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial or valuation analysis
  • Strong Excel and analytical modeling skills
  • Understanding of general accounting principles and ability to perform basic accounting functions
  • Detail-oriented, with a proactive and curious mindset
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form
  • Fluent in English
  • Preferred Attributes


  • Prior experience in the yachting, marine, or luxury goods industry
  • Familiarity with financial reporting standards and valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.)
