• Typically requires ISCED level 6(Bachelors) Degree in a relevant technical or business discipline(or equivalent gained through relevant vocational training and/orindustry experience)
  

Knowledge, Skills AndExperience

• Typically requires a minimum of ten(10) years of relevant industry experience in project controlpositions, including significant experience supervising andmanaging others
• High Sour gas experience ispreferred
• Significant experience and capabilityin management of contracts, budgeting, controlling costs, planning,scheduling and management ofchange
• Knowledgeable across engineering,procurement and constructionsexecution
• Understands the use and applicationsof Project Controls department tools andsystems
• Possess keen business insight embracesWood's strategic purpose and goals and translates theseinto practical concepts relevant to projectexecution
• Builds knowledge networks creates andmaintains a global network of subject matter experts inside andoutside their team and Wood
• Ability to thinkanalytically, conceptually and adaptively, and make sense of newinformation across multiple levels ofdetail
• Able to address substantive conflictsand facilitate timely resolution builds collaborativerelationships, engages others, fosters teamwork, alignsdifferences
