CONTRACTS MANAGER required urgently for a reputed international Construction Company in Dubai.

Job Details:

Bachelor's degree in business law / QS / Contract Management or related field.
Min. 15 years' experience in contract administration with high rise building construction companies in UAE (with Main contractor) handling billion valued construction projects.
Proven experience in analyzing contract variations and claims is mandatory.
Identifies legal issues and risks in the contracts and legal documents with a view to assessment of risk and preventing legal / financial exposure.
Reviews, markups and proposes changes and amendments to the contracts and legal documents.
Ability to negotiate the more difficult, complex, or sensitive issues with clients.
Prepares, drafts, reviews, evaluates and amends contract terms & legal notices and related correspondences and communications.
Proven ability to work independently and under pressure, while using good judgment, when making Program related decisions that drive project delivery forward.
Possess the exceptional interpersonal skills required to productively collaborate, negotiate, reach consensus and finalize project decisions.
Commitment to excellence and possessing high expectations for the position, and the entire client program.
Ensures contract documents have been executed properly and consistently with Organization's policies.
