Job Tittle:
QC Inspector


Experience:
1-5 Years(Min 1 year experience in extrusion is required)


Responsibilities:


  • To coordinate and implement quality control programs designed to ensure products, services and production methods meet the organization's established standards, maintaining quality control objectives and coordinating those objectives in cooperation with other managers to maximize quality and reliability, as well as minimize costs.
  • Identify customer specific requirements and perform systematic and independent inspections of quality activities in compliance with the planned arrangements for Surface Treatment, extrusion, fabrication, crimping and packing daily.
  • Perform products inspection activities in Surface Treatment, extrusion, fabrication, crimping and packing daily. Determine significant deviations from approved quality plan and other non
- conformances.

  • Upon completion of inspection evaluate findings and issue recommendations detailing rejections and containment actions.
  • Measure performance product wise or customer wise and making analysis to deploy appropriate actions to take actions based on the analysis.
  • Develops and analyses statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
  • Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with Surface Treatment crew and other departments to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
  • Directs ,through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, equipment's, and products.
  • Ensure surface treatment, extrusion, crimping and packing team members maintain their competence working in conjunction with QMS (Quality Management System).
  • Evaluate new quality/ test methods, processes, and materials to determine effect on quality plans.
  • Review and ensure that QMS is managed and implemented in a manner that ensures a process of continuous improvement in all the functions including material ready for dispatch.

Qualification:
Diploma (Mechanical engineering) or Any relevant


Skills or Knowledge:


  • Experience in manufacturing environment with Aluminum extrusions.
  • Experience in ISO systems environment.
  • Knowledge in production conformance audit.
  • Familiar with sampling techniques.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Good track record in supplier auditing.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.

Experience:

Quality Inspection: 1 year (preferred)
