CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
-
1. Lead Management_

a. Generate and Manage leads from various sources

i. Various forms of databases

ii. Data from walk-ins

iii. Digital campaigns and Data from online sources

iv. Demo and Orientation events

v. Career fairs and various events

vi. Other sources as assigned

b. Validate lead quality and scope
-
2. Counselling, Conversion, Payments and Reporting_

a. Provide information on courses, eligibility, duration, fee level, suitability to career etc

b. Verify documents and credentials as per need

c. Convert to admission

d. Disbursement of scholarship and/or discounts as per eligibility and scheme note

e. Follow up on registration and fee payment

f. Ensure accuracy of data in Online DBMS and/or Excel

g. Prepare and disseminate MIS reports as per format and as per advised periodicity

3. Event Handling_

a. Represent UNEXT in external events

b. Ensure communication goes out to prospective learners and client organisations

c. Maintain data sourced from events and plan follow ups


Customer service:
a. Ensure a pleasant experience for all the prospective learners and client organisations

b. Help them in their transactions for admissions / fee payment / course progress etc

5. Other tasks that may be assigned_


KEY FIGURES
Figures and Finances

Maintain a 5%+ conversion ratio

Ensure Academic Intake starts with required numbers as per scheduled dates

Meet admission and revenue targets as assigned, for all batches, around 500 admissions a year for the Online Degrees

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES

Qualification and Experience:
Post-graduate/Graduate with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales/Tele-sales/admissions counseling in the education/training sector or any sector

Experience in the UAE market is mandatory
