    Description
    • Experience in teaching informationtechnology courses and, in particular, courses relating tosecurity, network security, and ethical Hacking. The candidate isalso expected to teach other IT courses such as User InterfaceDesign, Operating Systems, Software Engineering, MultimediaTechnology, Web Technologies, Databases, Data Structures, andProgramming.
    • The candidate must have a strongresearch background.
    • Only candidates who hold aPh.D. in Computer Science or Information Technology field will beconsidered.

    Essential Duties andResponsibilities

    The selectedapplicant will be expected to:

    • Developand teach undergraduate in Information Technology and ComputerScience
    • Engage in innovative andtechnology-based approaches to learning andteaching
    • Publish high-quality research inleading internationally recognizedjournals
    • Participate in committees at thedepartmental, college, and/or university levels asassigned
    • Actively engage in promoting thegrowth of the Ajman University
    • Evaluate andmonitor individual student progress and provide feedback to sustainstudent success
    • Ability to provide consultancyservices to researchers and the businesscommunity.
    • Ensure a respectful and culturallysensitive learning environment in all college-focusedactivities
    • Establish and maintain effectivework relationships across the organization andcommunity
      Motivate and inspire confidence in others(students and colleagues) to overcome limitations to personalgrowth and
      success.
    • Actively seek outmethods, procedures, and resources to best achieve course andlesson objectives
