Experience:

-
3 to 6 years in Injection Moulding Machines, out of which - 3 years of hands-on
experience on higher tonnage machines - above 2000 tonnage capacity
:


  • Detailed and indepth knowledge of and maintenance of IMM, mould, robot, blender and total cooling and compressed air system.
  • Detailed knowledge of the moulds exchange, setting of IMM and moulds technological parameters for production of highquality goods.
  • Working knowledge of HAITIAN machines and European Brands will be an added advantage

  • Basic Salary
    : AED 2000 to 2500**:
  • Shift hours**: 8 hours per day
  • Over time**: minimum 2 to 3 hours per day as per the production plan

Position Summary:


This position is responsible for productions of plastic containers, pallets and crates and other related products as and when planned and according to the approved recipe and technological parameters using injection moulding machines and components and performing the following duties and also responsible for adequate operation and technical condition of main and auxiliary equipment in conformance with its technical and technological documentation: IMM, ROBOT, conveyor, moulds, chiller (including cooling system), compressor (air system), blender, EOT, grinder and pallet cutter.


General responsibilities:


Before starting the work
- to put on protective clothes and safety shoes, use means of individual protection;
- to check the condition of technological equipment, technological process environment, reasons of maintenance works if any; for any new records in a Workshop register;
- the conform of IMM, blender & chiller display figures with the requirements set in Technological sheet;
- the availability of necessary raw and other materials, components needed for production;
- to make a circuit of the workshop to check the condition of the above mentioned equipment and utilities (light, ventilation, fire safety ect.)


During the work
- to take care of the equipment, utilities and instruments;
- to keep the workplace keep and tidy, keep clear all aisles to pumps, devices and fire-extinguishing equipment;
- to inform Head of Production about:

  • all bystanders noticed at the territory of the workshop; all cases of disturbance of process conditions;
- product inadequate quality; violation of labor safety rules or fire safety regulations;
- any situations that can threaten life and health of the employees, any accident taken place;
- ill health including symptom of any work-related diseases;
- to follow health and safety arrangements, electrical safety rules, fire safety regulations as well as internal labor rules and regulations;
- to start and stop the equipment as per instructions of Head of Production;
- do not leave the work place before the next shift operator arrives and accepts it putting his signature in the Workshop Register or leave only after permission of Head of Production;
- to train the Junior Operator to the best of his knowledge and abilities;
- to execute other duty assignments of Head of Production


Main and Auxiliary Equipment.
- to take an active part in the process of installation, commissioning, trial-tests and start-up of the equipment;
- to adjust the equipment and its units;
- to take part in current repair works and technical maintenance of the equipment, fix minor breakages, clean and polish equipment parts;
- to fix in the Workshop Register actual parameters of technological regime once every hour;
- to check the workshop equipment once every hour and to fix all the observations in the Workshop Register.


Mould Setup and Start-up
- to mount and dismount the mould to IMM using EOT crane in the shortest possible time with extreme safety;
- to connect/ disconnect the mould to air, water, hydraulic, electrical systems, control systems;
- to check accuracy of connection of the moulds to the systems and to test the connections;
- to adjust limit switches of the mould for its proper operation;
- to choose and set technological parameters of the mould for its proper operation;
- to program IMM interface for the mould start-up;
- to program robot interface for the mould start-up;
- to put the mould into operation; to take part in the mould's trials;
- to take part in current repairs and technical maintenance of the mould;
- to make preservation/ depreservation of the mould;
- to provide storage of moulds and its parts


Product manufacturing
- to get the approval of the first part from the lab-technician;
- to control the product's quality once in
