- Receiving and registering jobrequests in compliance to internal registration proceduresincluding filling out of essential forms and files, job requestapproval and endorsement to estimationengineers
- Performing follow-ups and gatheringfeedback on sent quotations
- Providing effectivecoordination among Estimation Engineers and the inquiring entity(whether Sales, -exports or external customers or agents) on activeestimation jobs by receiving customer specifications, communicatingclarifications and sending reminders
- Writingand preparing technical specifications, catalogues, commercialoffers and other documentations relevant to inquiries andtenders
- Sending and communicating of approvedcommercial offers and other relevant documentations to theinquiring
