    Job Responsibilities

    • Study the needs to identify technical project resources in accordance with approved standards and plan tools and mechanisms for developing and managing project capabilities.

    • Preparing plans to measure the achievement of the results and outputs of projects, as well as planning, identifying and approving the agency's work strategies.
    • Efficiency indicators for projects ( Requests for Proposals (RFPs) & Requests for Information (RFI). Creating documents for project management

    Obtaining offers from qualified suppliers for technical projects.
    • Participation in preparing and negotiating contracts, identifying changes and additions to agreements with suppliers, and consulting with them to ensure that Commitment to the budget, requirements and specific goals
    • Determining the main stages for completing projects, following up on implementation procedures and procedures, following up and managing the resources used in the projects, and documenting Achievements of approved plans According to the time frame and the preparation of relevant reports.
