Job description:


  • Ensure patients are greeted and attended to in an efficient, courteous and responsive manner at all times
  • Attend reception calls both internal and external
  • Ensure the reception area is staffed and well organized at all times
  • Represent the group in the best manner in dealing with patients as well as colleagues
  • Check patient eligibility, insurance details, input information and book appointments etc.
  • Cashiering duties
  • Filling of daily reports and other administrative tasks

The successful applicant:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English is essential.
  • Customer serviceoriented behavior
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist/ Front office representative or similar role.
  • Experience in medical/dental field is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Computer Literate, well organized and has an excellent attention to details
