The ideal candidate would need to be self-motivated and passionate about setting and achieving goals.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading projects that the organizational plans requires.

This includes coordinating deadlines, setting and meeting project milestones, creating and monitoring budgets, and presenting project progress to directors and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and track project progress
• Break down project components into clearly defined tasks and organize/distribute tasks among project staff
• Establish reporting procedures for tracking project progress and share results with executive director and upper management
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Leverage resources to prevent and solve problems that may arise during the course of the project
• Facilitate conflict resolution and communication between project stakeholders
