Description
Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and barDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients.
Liaise with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation.Supervise, train and assist Food & Beverage Attendants.
Bring into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Hotel.
QualificationsTo be a success in this position, you will have:12+ months supervisory experience gained in a similar role3 years experience working within a restaurant or hotel environmentSolid understanding of alcohol (preferred but not essential)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of self-motivation and confidence.
