• Accurately update and maintainProjects Cost Tracker for assigned Project DeliveryTeams
• Produce monthly project VOWD summary inline with month end timelines
• Monitor andmaintain aged accrual listings and cash rundownanalysis
• Provide expenditures and review /update forecast information for assigned Delivery Teams with atarget of 5% accuracy on forecasts.
• Prepare andprovide accurate and timely project cost reports in line withrequirement from and for submission to Cost Lead Project ServicesManager, Project General Manager and otherStakeholders.
• Prepare miscellaneous ad-hocreports as and when required for the Project management team& other Stakeholders
• Assist in thecreation and subsequent monitoring of Contractor ProgressMeasurement Systems and related costs.
• Reviewand validate contractor services and, if required,materialsinvoices, controlling the MPC/PPCprocess
• Provide variance analysis on projectexpenditures against AWP&B and Quarterly ControlTotals
• Provide variance analysis againstCurrent Month & Full YearForecasts
• Provide contract administrationsupport as required, e.g. CTR checks, letterpreparation
• Support the AWP&Bpreparation for assigned Project Delivery Teams
  

Skills AndQualifications

• University degree or equivalentqualifications / experience or a minimum of 10 years experience insimilar roles in the oil and gasindustry.
