Logistics managers are responsible for overseeing the overall supply chain management and organizing and monitoring supply and distribution of goods, managing entire order cycle


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumersDevelop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenariosPlan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processCollaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiencyPlan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirementsNegotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainabilityArrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipmentsResolve any arising problems or complaintsMeet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targetsMaintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvementsComply with laws, regulations and ISO requirementsEnsuring health and safety standards are metMonitoring stock and managing wasteBS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.

Minimum of 8-10 years of Construction experience with at least 5 years experience working in the local market.
Proven working experience as a Logistics ManagerRecord of successful distribution and logistics managementExcellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
