- Manage and supervise all tasks ofhis/her staff
- Ensure cleanliness of guestrooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms andhousekeeping pantries according to set standards andprocedures
- Supervise publicareas
- Ensure that guest supplies arereplenished
- Ensure guests' requestsare promptly and courteously met
- Report damageor malfunction in hotel rooms using P.M.Ssystem
- Maintain equipment in proper state ofcleanliness and repair
- Maintain a section floorreport
- Conduct daily briefings with staff atfloor level
- Conduct regular roomchecklists
- Report unusual behavior/activitieson floors to Assistant HousekeepingManager
- Record room status in allocated sectionaccurately
- Comply with hotel'shealth, safety and hygiene policies
- Attendmeetings and training sessions asrequired
- Fully understand the difference inguest levels (VIP) and in roomcategories
