Consistently offers professional, engaging, and friendly serviceEnsures all work follows safe work practices and proceduresResponds immediately to all work requests which concern Health and SafetyEnsures environmentally friendly practices are followed when handling chemicals, lubricants, and finishing productsResponds to guest requests promptly in a professional and courteous mannerAssists in maintaining the working condition of the building structure, building operations systems, equipment and controls, technical equipment of other departments, maintenance conditions in guest rooms, public spaces, BOH/service areas, function areas, and officesCompletes all work orders with due diligenceMaintains a daily log book highlighting problems and solutions and activitiesMaintains equipment catalog and the various systems' directoriesActively participates in the monthly departmental meeting by providing feedback and offering suggestions for improvementCompletes tasks as assigned by Director of EngineerMaintains health and safety documentation and records for the assigned areaReports and documents potential safety hazardsParticipates as directed in the emergency response team
