RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead sales efforts, promotions, and business development across assigned regions in Middle East.
  • Build, manage, and support client relationships and cultivate rapport to maximize sales.
  • Demonstrate organization, selfmotivation, and persistence in achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions and sales in our CRM system, prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
  • Accurately input orders and inquiries, and diligently follow up on inquiries to secure orders and ensure order accuracy, pricing, and product availability, providing customers with clear order confirmations.
  • Identify customer needs, offer expert guidance to them to help select the most suitable fasteners for their specific needs, and execute sales strategies to exceed targets.
  • Continuously enhance Fasteners product knowledge to drive sales, learn the core products, services, and values to provide exemplary client service, and develop relationships with industry professionals to stay updated on market trends.

REQUIREMENTS
-
PRIOR FASTENERS SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST:

  • Solid 3-5 years of demonstrated success as a Sales Executive
  • Proficiency in sectors where fasteners are utilized (industrial, machinery, manufacturing, automotive etc.)
  • Proven track of meeting/surpassing sales targets
  • Selfstarter, resultsoriented, and independent worker.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competence in utilizing CRM software and sales tools.
  • An open attitude towards cold calling and travelling to meet clients, prospects.

  • Job Types: Permanent, Fulltime (permanent position working MontoFri)
  • Compensation: Competitive Salary
  • Supplemental pay types: Performance based bonus scheme
  • Work Location: Onsite Dubai, UAE

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
