- Reviewing budgets, includingstaffing, work plans, and feestructures.
- Providing project managers andclients with timely financial reports and budgets, as well asproject forecasts.
- Preparing pre-billingreports for project managers toreview.
- Preparing actual costs, workingcapital, and tax reports.
- Monitoring receivableincome and supporting project managers withcollections.
