PositionOverview:Thesuccessful candidate shallhaveaminimum of3-5 years ofexperience implementing and overseeing a QC program on heavy civilconstructionprojects

Responsibilities:

• Qualitychampion for a project or multiple projects, responsible for thequality management duties including quality of the works, materialmanagement, documentation, and close-out to ensure safe, quality,efficient, effective and profitable project
  
• Coaches,mentors and trains entire project staff in quality managementprinciples, procedures, and project-specific Serves as mentor andcoach to quality staff to advance their careers and improve
  
• Responsiblefor leading and managing quality processes such as work planning,pre-activity meetings, material management, Quality IncidentReports, Lesson Sharing and follow-up
  
• Establishes,monitors and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as wellas QIRs for project teams to ensure continuous Analyzes projectKPIs, evaluates trends and provides improvement
  
• Routinelyaudits project quality programs seeking continuous improvementutilizing Project QC Evaluation and other auditing Providesfeedback to Operations and Quality Management of major QIRs,project team relationships, owner/client perceptions, and overallquality management recurring
  
• Directsinspection, testing and documentation of the Schedules inspectionand testing with coordination between operations, consultants,material laboratories and

• SupportsSite Safety to ensure that projects are completed according toestablished safety procedures, requirements and

Requirements

• AECBachelor s degree is preferred or equivalent related fieldexperience with International Code Counsel, NICET, Currentcertificationrequired
  
• USACE/NAVFAC/NRCConstruction Quality Management certification preferred but notrequired
  
• Industrycertifications for testing and inspection as required to review andcertify that the test, inspection, and procedures satisfyrequirements
  
• Limitedtravel for projects asnecessary
  
• Level1QCM
  
• Minimum7 years of AEC experience, with 3 years preferred in a Qualityrole
  
• Goodcommunication skills, critical thinking and problem solvingabilities, and ability to prioritize, organize and managetime
  
• Knowledgeof standards, specifications and publications of job-relatedduties
