Are you an ambitious and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of immigration services? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Immigration Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our immigration consultancy.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Market Research: Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the immigration or related industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of immigration services and programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
