Open Bonnet is a technology platform that aims to bring the much needed Standardization, Transparency & Convenience in auto-aftermarket. Open Bonnet aspires to be at the forefront of the evolution that is happening in automotive industry.

The platform was launched in late 2019 & we have built many strong partnerships towards sustainable and long term success.

This includes TOTAL Energies, Al Masaood Auto to name a few.

With a revamped ecommerce platform launched recently, we plan to generate the necessary momentum in terms of new customer acquisition.


About The Role

We invite applicants who can

  • Develop strategies to expand and strengthen the customer base.
  • Examine correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget.
  • Create segmented campaigns that reach out to a specific audience.
  • Make enhancements to the quality of existing messages, communications and images.
  • Test and evaluate current and potential organic and paid acquisition channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create great content that attract traffic and generate leads.
  • Work with the team to use metrics for the tracking of lead generation.
  • Use metrics from successful campaigns to justify budget increases and those from unsuccessful campaigns to redirect resources.
  • Identify any other areas of demand generation in B2B space (SMEs/ Corporates/ Used car sellers/ Rentacar owners etc)
  • Engage with the sellers on a routine basis in order to gain more share of their marketing spends.
  • Meet Demand Generation & Engagement targets.
  • Conduct extensive research, at all times understanding and monitoring market & competitor activities.
  • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop sales strategies to drive revenue numbers and growth targets from accounts under management.
  • Build trust & foster relationships to be recognized as a quality provider of aftermarket services.
  • Collaborate with customer service, operations and management towards creating synergies and fast execution.
  • Maintain awareness of automotive industry, paying particular attention to new features, technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis, selling techniques and customer handling skills.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Minimum 35 Years of UAE based experience as a marketer preferably in Automotive sector.
  • Minimum 12 years of marketing experience with an established ecommerce website selling products or services themselves and thorough knowledge of all onpage optimizations in the purchase journey needed to succeed in the digital marketing space
  • Holder of UAE driving license with car ownership as an added advantage.
  • Confident communicator who is able to manage communication tone of various English speaking nationalities
  • Educated to degree level with excellent command of English. A slight grasp of spoken Arabic will be an advantage.
