    Coordinate allaspects of banquet events including planning execution andfollowup.

    Communicate with clients tounderstand their event requirements and ensure all details areproperly recorded and executed.

    Collaboratewith internal teams such as catering audiovisual and facilities toensure smooth event operations.

    Createdetailed event orders and banquet event orders (BEOs) to provideclear instructions to all involved parties.

    Oversee the setup execution and breakdown of banquet eventsensuring all aspects are carried out according to specifications.

    Manage and maintain banquet event budgetsincluding tracking expenses and ensuring costeffectiveness.

    Coordinate with external vendors and suppliersto secure necessary equipment decorations and other eventessentials.

    Address and resolve any issues orconcerns that arise during banquet events ensuring clientsatisfaction.

    Stay updated on industry trendsand best practices in banquet event coordination to continuouslyimprove event execution.

    Provide exceptionalcustomer service throughout the event planning and executionprocess.

    Bachelors degree in hospitalitymanagement or a related field.

    Minimum 23years of experience in banquet coordination or event planning.

    Industry certifications such as CertifiedMeeting Professional (CMP) are preferred.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multipleevents simultaneously.

    Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients andinternal teams.

    Attention to detail to ensureall event requirements are properly executed.

    Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.

    Ability to work under pressure and meettight deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

    Positive attitude and ability to workeffectively in a teamoriented environment.

    Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and decorationsas needed.
