What would you do while you work with us?

  • To attend/receive/understand customer's requirements and coordinate with
Workshop in completing the repairs and deliver the vehicles to customers satisfaction.

  • Strong understanding of automotive technology to relay information from the
customer to the Service Technicians to ensure the vehicle is repaired properly.

  • Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise

What are the credentials we would like for our applicants to have?

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as Service Advisor with Dealers or High end / reputed Service Centers.
  • Graduate / Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering

Job-Specific Skills

  • Detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills

- Valid UAE Driving license.

From AED5,500.00 per month
