    Gigamon is seeking a driven and experienced Field and Channel Marketing Manager to join our EMEA field marketing team supporting the emerging markets region, particularly through our two tier channel.

    The Field and Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and measuring regional events, activities, and programs that generate pipelines with new prospects, and existing accounts, and advance existing opportunities for the sales team with our channel partners and ecosystem partners.

    The right candidate is a team player with excellent cross-functional execution skills, a working understanding of and practical experience executing successful regional activities, and an excellent relationship-builder with Sales and Partners.

    They will have an outstanding track record of measurable results in generating pipeline and enabling partners while leveraging a diverse strategy of marketing tactics and channels.

    This position reports to the Field Marketing Director, EMEA, and is part of the International Field Marketing team. Successful candidates will have a regional field & channel marketing focused background and a can-do attitude.

    What you'll do: · Develop a strategic and effective regional plan to generate opportunities and build pipeline; enable channel partners and manage end-to-end planning, production, and execution of in-territory events, programs, and activities. · Collaborate with marketing, sales teams and channel to create and execute regional marketing programs tailored to local markets and target accounts. These include executive conferences and roundtables, roadshows, industry events, summits, networking events, in-person and virtual seminars, webinars, digital, etc. as part of a larger integrated marketing campaign. · Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and key go-to-market ecosystem alliance partners to strengthen our value propositions, create broader market awareness and generate new opportunities. · Manage a quarterly regional field marketing budget. · Track, analyze and report on regional marketing business contribution and its impact in order to learn, improve and justify future investment. · Track lead-to-opportunity and pipeline flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up with leads in a timely manner.

    What you've done: · Strong Field and Channel Marketing expertise; experience building trusting, collaborative relationships with peers, sales teams, channel partners, ecosystem partners, and customers. · Ability to effectively build and communicate regional marketing plans and create buy-in with sales teams and channels. · Familiarity with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Capable of learning Marketo, Workfront, , 6sense, and Folloze etc. · Minimum 5 years of related experience in a fast-paced high-growth technology company.

    Who you are: · High attention to detail and adept project manager; juggle a high volume of events concurrently of varying scale. · Outcome driven, analytical, and have a track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programmes. · Initiative taking, excellent organizational skills, efficient with time management, produce results within budget, and quickly pivot as needs change. · Strong sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your business, and clearly communicate your results back to the organization. · Must be able and willing to travel across the EMEA territory as needed to events, conferences, and business-related meetings. · This position will be based in our Dubai office · English language essential, Arabic a bonus
