    Description

    Exceptional Banquet Service Provider

    Provide top-notch service to guests at banquets and events by ensuring efficient and professional food and beverage delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve Guests: Greet and assist guests with a courteous and professional demeanor, serving food and beverages according to specifications.
    • Setup & Cleanup: Set up banquet areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware. Clean and reset tables and banquet spaces as needed.
    • Coordination: Collaborate with banquet staff and kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
    • Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively, handling any issues or complaints with professionalism and tact.
    • Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
    • Support: Assist with event setup and breakdown, moving furniture and equipment as required.

    Delivering Luxury Experience

    We are seeking an experienced professional who can deliver exceptional service in a luxury hospitality environment. If you have a proven track record in a high-end setting, we encourage you to apply.

    Qualifications:

    • Luxury Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
    • Excellent Communication: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
    • Operational Knowledge: You are proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
    • Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred.
