Description
Minimum 5 years experience in UAE.

  • Good knowledge about the process and system
, ERP knowledge

  • Knowledge about Costing and workflows
  • Knowledge till finalization of accounts.
  • Assists with general bookkeeping duties including data entry, accounts payables and receivables, cheque preparation, insurances, bank financing and filing of financial records
  • Does due diligence with customers, contractors and suppliers through Contract Agreements, KYS, KYC, etc
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
.Completes the monthly bank reconciliation including loans and follows-up of outstanding items

  • Maintains records in terms Data Entries, bookkeeping and cashiering; Reconciles cash daily and Maintains high level of integrity in handling cash and accounts
  • Reviews financial documents and materials and assists in preparing the fiscal budget.
  • Advises departments concerning allocation of funds, assignment of accounting codes, and various other related financial activities.
