Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the schedule of events from plans to implementation in line with company's strategy and action plan.
Supervise updating of the schedule of events.
Acting as a liaison officer with internal and external partners for events, design, planning, execution supervision and event quality to ensure effective management of those events in accordance with the relevant brand guidelines of the company.
Supervision and followup with other departments to ensure the implementation of company's activities.
Perform official coordination operations of the activities of the company and its partners.
Any duties assigned by the direct manager or the Executive Director.
Build a network of relationships with event management agencies
Monitor the administrative functions of the events to ensure the effective use of the allocated budget.
To act as liaison officer with the concerned parties in connection with the procedures for hosting senior officials and external delegations.
Propose ways and means of developing procedures and operations for hosting senior officials and foreign delegations.
Preparation of technical reports, observations, and recommendations to the Director regarding eventhosting operations of the company.
Any duties assigned by the direct manager or the Executive Director.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in event management.

- Bachelors in International Relations, Marketing, or a relative field.
