Job Description:
As a Facility Manager ,you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, security, and overall functionality of our facilities.

Your role will involve ensuring that our buildings and infrastructure meet regulatory standards, implementing cost-effective solutions for facility operations, and creating a safe and efficient environment for employees and visitors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repair, and renovation activities for all company facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
  • Oversee security systems and protocols to safeguard company assets and personnel.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet facility needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related requirements and initiatives.
  • Develop emergency response plans and coordinate drills to prepare for potential crises.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in facility management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  • Supervise facility staff and provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in facility management or a similar role, with a track record of successfully overseeing multiple facilities.

Salary:
AED9, AED12,000.00 per month
